Massanutten Resort is a nationally recognized four season resort with 1600 employees, 1500 timeshare units, 6 hotels, 14 ski slopes, a waterpark, and much more. With an organization this large, our initial challenge was bringing together numerous departments each with their own marketing strategies and massive amounts of content under one unified web site. The next challenge was to create a web site with visual designs and rich media content that conveys the stature of Massanutten Resort.
BlueKey worked closely with their staff and various departments to assess needs and goals and find common ground. We built numerous interactive systems and tools to provide outlets for departments to communicate with their users, share information, and project a strong marketing message. We created high-end multi-media presentations bringing together video, 3-D animation, and the latest in flash technology. Finally, we developed an enterprise level website management system called Indigo™ Web Environment that powers their website and puts them in complete control.
